Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat rate of ₹100 applies to COD orders & orders below ₹999.
• Order Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

• Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier issues.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right:

• Returns: You can return products within 3 days of delivery if they’re unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Once we receive and check the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method in 10 business days.
• Exchanges: Need another size or color? We’ll be happy to exchange, subject to availability. In such a case, one way freight will be borne by the customer.
